Policy does not include loss, theft, excessive or abusive use of shears. The guarantee is only available to the original purchaser. The customer is responsible for shipping back to us.

Outside of the 30 days warranty X Magic Shears offers two-years after sale fixing and sharpening at no additional cost (By mail only).
